Our People
Our core team has more than a century of accumulated experience in the mining sector, specifically process design, engineering (civil, structural, electrical and instrumentation) and equipment design and system supply. We have experience in retrofit projects in existing plants.
Founder
SETH QUAYE
Seth has been involved with the mining industry for over 18 years, with enviable achievements in strategic business management and customer service delivery. He was for over twelve (12) years the Managing Director of Metso Ghana Limited, and concurrently as Regional Manager with responsibility for all Metso activities in Western Africa.
Seth is a Mechanical Engineer by training and holds an MSc from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and an Executive Masters in Business Administration. He serves as the Managing Director & Business Development manager of MAC Mining and Construction Partners Limited.

We have a consulting network of seasoned engineers who have accumulated between them several years of practical experience from the industry. They have all carried out significant and high value projects for many reputable clients, both as employees and contractors.
